12. Children's Privacy
Eduvek is an adults-only platform. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or purchase any service. Eduvek is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen.
Where we become aware that an account holder is under eighteen, the account is closed and any unused balance is refunded in accordance with the Student Terms. If you believe someone under eighteen has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@eduvek.com so we can remove it.
