Refund Policy

1. Overview

Eduvek offers digital courses, e-books, web apps, workshops, and live tutoring. Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase.

Most digital products are purchased once and yours to keep, with no subscription or recurring fee. Because of the nature of digital products, specific refund rules apply, as described below.

2. Digital Products

Non-Refundable

Digital courses, e-books, downloadable materials, recordings, templates, web apps, and other educational resources become non-refundable once access has been granted. This is common practice across online learning platforms, as access cannot be returned once provided.

3. Live Tutoring

Your first purchase with any instructor is a single lesson, so you can try an instructor before committing further. After that first lesson, you can buy hours in blocks, held with that instructor. Live tutoring is governed by the Eduvek Student Terms, presented and accepted at checkout. The Student Terms set out the complete rules — the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation window, the 50/50 rule for late cancellations and no-shows, refunds of unused and unbooked hours, and the six (6) month validity of purchased hours. 4. Live Group Courses

Group courses are paid for upfront, but payment is only taken once the group has formed, every student has confirmed, and a start date is set. If a group never forms, you are not charged.

Once a group has formed and the course is confirmed, the fee is not refundable — including for a change of mind, not attending, or dissatisfaction with the pace or style of the course. Refunds are provided only where the course does not proceed as promised: the instructor cancels, the instructor cannot deliver it, the course differs materially from its description, or a refund is required by law.

Where your instructor misses a session, the session is rescheduled and the course extended so that you receive every session you paid for. Full details are in the Student Terms.

5. Workshops

Workshop purchases are refundable up to seven (7) days before the event.

No refund is available after that point unless Eduvek cancels the workshop, except where otherwise stated at the time of registration.

6. Eduvek Cancellation

If Eduvek cancels a workshop, a tutoring program, or a scheduled event, students may receive, at Eduvek's discretion:

• A full refund, or
• Credit toward another offering

7. Technical Issues

Verified platform failures that prevent reasonable access may qualify for course credit, rescheduling, or a partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis. Technical issues affecting a live tutoring lesson (including instructor-side technical failure or instructor unavailability) are governed by the Eduvek Student Terms.

8. Duplicate Payments

Duplicate payments reported within thirty (30) days will be refunded after verification.

9. Refund Abuse

Eduvek reserves the right to deny refunds where there is evidence of:

• Abuse
• Fraud
• Repeated refund requests
• Unauthorized content downloading
• Excessive use before requesting a refund

This is consistent with industry practice.

10. Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within five to fifteen (5–15) business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
