About this course
Самара Йога — мягкая практика, которая соединяет тело, дыхание и внимание. Её основа — плавные, текучие движения, выполняемые в спокойном ритме, без резких усилий и сложных поз. Любовь преподаёт Самара Йогу и энергетические практики около десяти лет и прошла обучение в Свободном университете Самадева во Франции.
Практика подходит людям любого возраста и уровня подготовки. Не нужны ни гибкость, ни опыт — вы двигаетесь в своём темпе, а Любовь бережно ведёт вас от движения к движению.
Зачем приходят на практику: чтобы расслабиться и снять накопившееся напряжение, почувствовать больше лёгкости и подвижности в теле, найти внутреннее спокойствие и ясность.
Как проходит занятие: небольшая настройка, серия плавных движений с вниманием к дыханию и завершающее расслабление.
Занятия направлены на поддержку общего самочувствия. Они не являются медицинским или психологическим лечением и не заменяют помощь врача, психолога или лицензированного терапевта.
How group courses work
This is a live group course. It runs once at least 2 students have signed up (up to 10 seats). You reserve your place first; you only pay once the group is confirmed and a start date is set. Because a group course is scheduled around confirmed students, fees are non-refundable from the point the group forms.
