Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Eduvek ("Eduvek", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eduvek website, platform, services, digital products, courses, workshops, tutoring sessions, educational content, and related services available through eduvek.com.

By accessing or using Eduvek, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. About Eduvek

Eduvek is an independent digital learning platform that provides:

• Online courses
• Educational workshops
• E-books and digital learning products
• Web apps and learning tools
• Tutoring services
• Educational articles and free resources
• Instructor-led learning experiences

Eduvek creates and curates educational content and connects learners with that content and with instructors. Most products are purchased once and yours to keep, with no subscription required.

Purchases of live tutoring are governed by the Eduvek Student Terms, presented and accepted at checkout. Where these Terms and the Student Terms differ in respect of a tutoring purchase, the Student Terms govern.

2. Eligibility

Eduvek is an adults-only platform. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher — to create an account, purchase any product or service, or otherwise use the platform. By using Eduvek, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Eduvek does not knowingly provide services to minors. Where Eduvek becomes aware that an account holder is under eighteen (18), the account will be closed and any unused balance refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

By using Eduvek, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You will use the platform lawfully.

3. User Accounts

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Maintain accurate information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Notify Eduvek immediately of unauthorized account access.
• Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account.

Eduvek reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Courses, Products, and Educational Services

Eduvek offers both self-paced and live educational services, which may include:

• Recorded courses
• Workshops
• E-books and digital downloads
• Web apps and learning tools
• Live tutoring and coaching sessions

Most digital products (courses, e-books, web apps) are purchased once and accessed for the lifetime of the product, with no recurring subscription fee.

Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

Eduvek does not guarantee any particular educational outcome, certification, employment opportunity, income increase, business success, or skill mastery. Learning results depend on individual effort, participation, and circumstances.

5. Payments

All prices displayed on Eduvek are in the currency shown at checkout.

By making a purchase, you authorize Eduvek or its payment processors to charge the applicable fees.

Payments may include:

• Course purchases
• Workshops
• E-books and digital products
• Tutoring sessions
• Other educational services

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and is governed by the Eduvek Refund Policy, available on the platform. In summary:

• Digital products (courses, e-books, downloadable materials, recordings, templates, web apps) are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
• Live tutoring purchases are governed by the Eduvek Student Terms (presented and accepted at checkout) — including the cancellation window, the 50/50 rule, unused-hour refunds, and hour validity.
• Workshops may be refundable up to seven (7) days before the event, unless otherwise stated at registration.

Eduvek reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to the full Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Eduvek is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. This includes course materials, videos, articles, graphics, logos, branding, designs, downloads, and educational resources.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, republish, modify, upload elsewhere, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Upload malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Harass instructors, students, or users.
• Share account credentials.
• Use Eduvek for fraudulent purposes.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest platform content.

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

8A. Non-Circumvention and Direct Contracting

Users agree to book all educational services and tutoring sessions exclusively through the Eduvek platform, and not to solicit or arrange private arrangements or off-platform payments with any instructor introduced via Eduvek. Any attempt to circumvent the platform may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unused credits. Additional non-circumvention terms, including their duration, apply to tutoring purchasers under the Eduvek Student Terms.

9. Instructor Content

Courses, workshops, tutoring sessions, and educational materials may be created by independent instructors.

The opinions expressed by instructors are their own and do not necessarily represent Eduvek's views.

Eduvek reviews instructors and content but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of every statement made by an instructor.

10. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, feedback, images, videos, or other content, you grant Eduvek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, publish, reproduce, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit such content.

11. Testimonials and Reviews

User testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

Eduvek reserves the right to moderate, edit, remove, or reject reviews that are fraudulent, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

12. Third-Party Links

Eduvek may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, availability, or products and services.

Accessing third-party websites is done at your own risk.

13. Platform Availability

Eduvek strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, security issues, or third-party provider failures.

Eduvek is not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Eduvek is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduvek disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, that services will always be available, or that content will meet your expectations.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eduvek, its owners, affiliates, instructors, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, educational outcomes, or career outcomes.

Our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Eduvek during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eduvek, its owners, affiliates, instructors, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

17. Privacy

Your use of Eduvek is also governed by the Eduvek Privacy Policy. By using Eduvek, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in that policy.

18. Termination

Eduvek may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is suspected, platform security is threatened, or as required by law.

Termination does not eliminate outstanding obligations or payment responsibilities.

19. Changes to These Terms

Eduvek may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions become effective when published on the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
