  • How is content delivered after I buy?

    Courses, e-books, and web apps appear in your account library immediately after checkout.

  • Can I get a refund?

    E-books are non-refundable once downloaded. Courses are refundable within 7 days if less than 20% watched. Workshops are refundable up to 48 hours before start.

  • Do I keep access if I stop paying?

    Yes — there's no subscription. What you buy is yours to keep, forever.

  • How do I sign in?

    Use the Account icon in the top-right of any page, then sign in with email or Google.

  • I lost my password.

    Use the 'forgot password' link on the sign-in page. A reset email arrives within a minute.

  • Do you sell on third-party platforms?

    No — every Eduvek product is sold here only.

  • I can't find my receipt.

    Open Account → Orders. Every receipt is downloadable as a PDF.

  • How do I contact support?
