Refund Policy

Our full refund policy is being finalized ahead of public launch. The headline rules: e-books are non-refundable once downloaded; courses are refundable within 7 days if less than 20% has been watched; workshops are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled start.

Refund decisions are reviewed manually. The owner reads every request; we lean toward making things right when something has clearly gone wrong.
