Samara Yoga, Qigong Lu Yong, Family/Systemic Constellations (Расстановки) Online Groups
Liubov Malkova
I've been teaching Samara yoga and energy practices for around ten years, trained at the Free University of Samadeva in France.
Samara yoga is a gentle method. It supports the flexibility of the spine and joints, releases unnecessary muscular tension, and has a harmonizing effect on the body's systems. It combines the benefits of yoga and meditation through movement, breathing, dance and meditative sequences.
It can be practiced at any age and at any level of experience, and it's always adapted to what each person's body can do. That adaptation is the part I care most about — I build sessions around individual needs and specific limitations rather than expecting everyone to arrive the same.
I teach morning groups four times a week and have led retreats and festival sessions for groups of up to fifty. During COVID I taught online as a volunteer, and I've been teaching online ever since alongside in-person classes.
Sessions are in Russian and English.
Soft yoga, real results — at any age, at any level.
Samadeva Therapy
Samadeva is a gentle approach to wellbeing that brings body and mind together through slow movement, breathing and body awareness. I trained at the Free University of Samadeva in France.
Each session is tailored to you. You might come with physical tension, stress, or simply a wish to slow down and reconnect with your body. I guide you step by step, at your own pace. No experience or flexibility is needed.
What people come for: deep relaxation, releasing built-up tension, feeling calmer and more at home in their body.
These sessions support personal wellbeing and self-reflection. They are not medical or psychological treatment and don't replace care from a doctor, psychologist or licensed therapist.
Family / Systemic Constellations
My Family Constellations online groups (системо-семейные расстановки) offer a reflective approach that explores how family relationships, and patterns passed down through generations, can shape how we feel and act today.
You start by talking with me about a situation that feels stuck: a relationship, a recurring pattern, a family conflict, or a decision. Together you map out the people and relationships involved, so you can see the situation from a new angle.
What people come for: understanding family dynamics more clearly, noticing patterns they keep repeating, and approaching difficult relationships with more perspective.
These sessions support personal wellbeing and self-reflection. They are not medical or psychological treatment and don't replace care from a doctor, psychologist or licensed therapist.
